The Master Of Craft photographic series is a stunning tribute to the world of artisanal craftsmanship. The series captures the beauty and intricacy of traditional crafts, showcasing the skill and dedication of these craftsmen and women. Each photograph in the series is a cinematic portrait of a different artisan, captured in their place of work. From the Mask Creator to the Knitter, every artisan is shown in action, working on their craft with precision and passion. The series was commissioned by the L'Institut National des Métiers d'Art of Paris, an organization dedicated to promoting and preserving traditional French craftsmanship. The photographs were shot in several French cities, including Strasbourg, Paris, Bordeaux, and Toulouse. Franck Bohbot, the photographer behind the series, is known for his striking architectural photography. With Master Of Craft, he turns his lens to the world of craftsmanship, capturing the beauty of these often-overlooked trades. The project is a work in progress, with more artisans and craftspeople to be added to the series in the future. Overall, Master Of Craft is a celebration of the artistry and skill of traditional crafts, and a tribute to the craftsmen and women who keep these traditions alive.
